Company Introduction

CCDC7 is project based in a number of different areas. Our choreography is driven by our Afro-Caribbean heritage but encompasses  many modern styles. Over 35 years we have established a rapport with different age groups, communities and countries ranging from our work with deaf dancers in Switzerland to teenage dance projects in the North of England, and older people in Jamaica.

Our base is in Peckham, London but we travel widely to carry out new projects.

We have been successful in combining deep cultural detail with training and music to enthuse many people to dance. Our dance theatre style is attractive as a teaching method for many aspects of school curriculums, and can encourage and enable people of many ages to take a new, and original look at their circumstances.
